At Park & Fifth, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all eligible unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
